I'm afraid you have to ask help from third-party tool. Gihosoft Android Recovery is highly recommended. Whether you factory reset or root your phone, it can help you. But you should do it asap to avoid new data overwriting the lost data, which will make the lost data unrecoverable.

Turn Back up on and backup your data over google drive. After reseting your phone you can easily download data from g drive.

Hello,

turn on google sync so that all your data will be copied to your google account and you can easily restore once your mobile sync with your account. For application copy the .apk file to your memory card and remove memory card before reset. After reseting plug the memory card and install the application again.
