In my camera setting on my Samsung Galaxy S 111 Neo it is set to store the photos to the Memory card but this is not happening any reason why

You can insert the card to pc and check it from "My computer" to check whether the media files are on the sd card. Actually, you also can connect phone to PC directly to check, which is up to you!
