Motorola Moto G — Phone ringtones all gone silent

Only got voicemail to tell me that I have had a call! In spite of maxing out the volume, checking for any 'silent' settings, rebooting the phone, no calls ring my phone. Running 5.1 on an XT1039, unrooted and standard.

How can I corrected this, please?

FACTORY RESET

it will reset all you setting that you did accidentally and fix bugs too
