I have a rooted device that lost network access, so I downloaded the efs tool but I don't know how to use the tool, lol, feel like a tool

If you have used Freedom in the past that is the problem. Simply remove the hosts file in /system/etc/hosts or chance strings only to "127.0.0.1 Localhosts" without quotes or turning down. If you never used freedom, it may ne a hardware problem. If is a hardware problemi, bring it to tour service Center
