Samsung Galaxy Note 3 — One hand operation not working

Hello all,

I am from pakistan and I've upgraded my software recently from kitkat to lollipop. Currently using lollipop 5.0 and mobile model is SM N9005. I've never tried one hand operation before but yesterday when i tried to use it, it wont work as shown. I turned on one hand operation for all screens and when I tried to do that right-left-right swipe gesture, it shows no results. Tried to search on many forums and found that it can be due to accessibility services and there are no applications in services.

PS: It works for other options like calculator, pattern and keyboard etc but not only for all screens.

Any kind help will be appreciated and thanks in advance. ☺
