Phone issues after update

I got my Samsung s6 active back in August of 2015. Loved the phone. Worked great. Not to long ago though, there was an update to the os and now I've noticed many issues arising. One was a parent from the start. Vibrations. I always use vibrate mode. However now my phone no longer vibrates for kik and sometimes not for phone calls. Even when the sound is on still nothing. Vibrate does work for text messages however and for other apps. But also I can not use custom vibration patterns. I do have all settings turned on for vivrations to be working. I didn't change them from before the update when it did work. Same for the Kik app.
Another issue that arised is that random apps will crash for no reason. Even when I have not opened then or used them
If any help can be provided, I would much appreciate it.
