Since lolipop update I can't send or now receive pics. How do I fix this?

Have you tried to reboot into safe mode? Or have you checked your settings?

How do I reboot into safe mode. Checked all setting, even factory reset , worked for one day then quit again.

When you reboot the device, a message pop up with text "Do you want reboot in to safe mode" click ok and it will start your phone in safe mode.
