My Tablet make is GO Tabs 7" it was not on list above had to put acer in to send email

I have just got this tablet was starting to fill in my Data anyway I made mistake I could not get it back to begging.... I reset it
Now when I put it on it says administrator small circle of dots going around.... nothing happens... I cannot get in to start again.....Please can you help me

Does your tablet have recovery mode? which version of android do it have?
