Keep getting this message when attempting to load certain apps.
Very frustrating. Any help welcomed.

Two ways.
1. Download a VPN (Best is TunnelBear) and access play store through another country.
2. Just download the apk file of that app.

As the OP said, download VPN applications. there are lots of VPN apps in play store. that will help you to download any app in your device
