Samsung Galaxy Note 3 — Unable to load attachment

I can no longer open any attachments sent via email. Either I get the above message or it says it can't connect to the server. I use Microsoft Outlook and have reinstalled the program twice to no avail. Please help!

Okay, Have you downloaded any apps that can restrict internet use. Apps like antivirus or data manager than can allow downloads only on wifi modes?

No apps that would restrict downloads. I found out tonight that this is now also effecting downloads on text msging. I've tried downloading whhen only having WiFi access and that didn't work either.

Okay, When you open the email that has attachments at the bottom it has a pop up box that says load more details. did you get any loading box??

I do not get the "Load more..." box, only the unable to load... It's very frustrating - lol

Then it might be issue with your OutLook. You can use any browser to download the attachment. if it is working fine with the browser your outlook having problem.
