I have partitioned my MicroSD card as follows:
- One primary (Active) partition formatted as EXT2
- Unallocated space in front of the partition = 4MB
- Unallocated space in the end of the partition = nothing.
When I insert this MicroSD card into my phone's memory card slot, the phone notifies that the card is damaged and I need to reformat it before I can use it.
Should I expect my Android phone to successfully auto-mount this MicroSD card or what? Also I am expecting that Android should recognize and know how to work with disks formatted with EXT2, so why am I getting that error?
