HTC One (M8) — My 2 HTC M8 has different Software Versions

Hi

I have two HTC and I observed that after the Marshallow update on both the phones, Software Versions seems different
Any reason why?

First HTC Software: 6.12.161.4
Second HTC Software Version : 6.12.401.4

I am not seeing any update on First HTC (Settings->About->Software update->No updates Available)

Pls advise
