whatsapp and images

sorry if this has been asked before, brother in law has installed whatsapp hes receiving images but just cant send them it wont allow him, can anyone shed any light on this it's driving him nuts

Go to settings >> app manager >> whatsapp >> clear cache. If this method didn't help, reinstall whatsapp again .

I agree, clear the cash of your phone. If you dont know how, tipe "Clear Cache" on google play, and download an app that can do that for you periodically..
