Problems after rooting device

Dear team,

I need your help urgently.
have Samsung galaxy S4 mini and rooted it yesterday but unfortunately deleted some of the google files( I think, it was Google Serviceframe), due to which my google services stopped functioning.

To make matters worse, I set the phone on factory setting and now my device would not allow me to set google account on it.
I keep on getting the response

"Google play services have stopped

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee advice me what shall I do now so that my phone starts working again.

In case some ROM or so is required, could you please send me the link so that I do not make matters even worse than they are now.
