I switched my sim from 3G to 4G on my Samsung A8. However phone does not work. Service provider says phone is registered and is an issue with the phone settings only.
Is there anything I need to do on my phone to enable 4G ? I have selected LTE GSM WCDMA Option in networks. Or any software update to be done?
Request anyone familiar with this problem To please advise.
