I have a Raspberry Pi 2 and I was wondering if there was a program that I could use for HDMI input to my phone. Thanks for the help.

Hello, glad to welcome you as a new user of AndroidPIT forum!
As i know, there are only HDMI OUT ports in smartphones (correct me if I am wrong). So, you can't use Galaxy S4 as a "display" via HDMI, but it's technically possible via Wi-Fi or other network connection. You need to setup a VNC Server on the Raspberry and setup a VNC Client on S4. After that you will be able to use smartphone as mouse, keyboard and screen for Pi 2.
