Newbie here but I have, cleared cache, activated developer, stopped drawing, moved any moveable apps to SD card, set camera to save to SD card, uninstalled or stopped any unused apps. Still told insufficient storage if I can try to download an app. It's as though it doesn't know the SD card is there. 2gb with 150mb available. SD card, 29.61gb available, help please.
