It often occurs that the contact list in WhatsApp installed on my Samsung smartphone lingers on. The circle in the middle of the screen continues rotating. At the same time the same shortcoming happens when I switch over to the APP "CONTACTS", where's my phone book is stored. To lift the blockade I switch the device off and on, or restart your device. What is the cause of this phenomenon and how can it be fixed.?
