This is the worst phone..it actually randomly calls people

I have reported this to T mobile on several occasions and they keep sending me a LG V10. It is the worst phone that I have ever experienced because it: Calls people randomly (when the phone is in another room or near you), it calls people in the middle of listening to music, and it constantly does a recall to people in the middle of the night. The worst phone. When you report it to Tmobile THEY DONT CARE, THEY JUST TELL YOU TO UPGRADE and you pay them for your inconvenience.

Does this result from some malware in your phone? Have you tried hard reset or malware scanning?
