Set up a few hundred tablets for work and they all have gmail accounts. One in the newest batch was locked by a user. I have the tablet and did a factory reset but it is not letting me back in with the gmail id. I have the tablet in my possession and can not get in with the help of verizon either. Account password recovery is not working either. The latest OS installs do not ask for a recovery email account. Previously we were prompted for that during set up but not with this batch. I'd love to be able to sue the tablet we purchased.
