Since upgrading OnePlus2 to marshmallow 6.0.1 The device drive has become 'invisible' when connected to any computer (WinPC, AppleMac or Linux-ubuntu). As the video files are too big to transfer wirelessly I can not take them off the phone! Please help and provide a fix. Thank you

yes I have.
I do not want to do a factory reset, as I will lose all of my videos that I have recorded! Unable to transfer them wirelessly as the file size is too large. All other files have been transfered wirelessly.
My son has not upgraded and his works perfectly fine on my laptop. He will not upgrade until the issue has some form of fix or patch
