I downloaded an ap, deaf-hearing chat, on my galaxy phone and tablet. Both devices say they're connected via Bluetooth but the ap says 'not connected ' and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to connect them. There is no support or publisher information I can find. If anyone has a clue what I'm talking about, please help. This is soooo frustrating!
