Help fix my water-damaged android phone

Hello. My phone gets wet in the sink. I tried to power off my phone but because it is wet, and the touchscreen won't work. I can't use it. Every time I press the power button, it restarts.I can't remove the battery either because it is built-in. Now, I put it in a container full of rice. Waiting for about 2 days. What can I do after that?

Which phone do you use ??
Do not turn on your device for 2 days, if you phone doesn't turn on after 2 days, take it for a service

My phone is ZTE Blade Vec 4g. I can't turn it off because every time I press the power button, it restarts, not turn off. Today is the 2nd day and I can't use it anymore.

try long press on the power button til screen goes off,release power button as soon as the screen goes off
