I recently tried to root my phone and it worked but now all my apps aren't working and I am looking to unroot but it's not working for me I've tried all the methods I need someone who is a expert on this to help me out please if you can email me at papasynthh@gmail.com please I need to fix my phone

I have this problem before. My phone is Samsung Galaxy S duo(GT-S7562), and I root it with Kingo Root. I tried to enter recovery mode to get it fixed, but it stuck on the Samsung logo screen. I can't deal with this. But I look for help in RecoverAndroid. And they suggest me to enter Download Mode and flash the Stock Rom with Odin3. Try it but notice that flashing stock rom will erase all of your data on the Samsung.
