I think Laura here have described everything here. One thing I would like to ad is it shouldn't keep any logs. What is the purpose of a VPN if they keep logs about your activity. Best VPN for your android device is the one with decent speed and fair amount of servers worldwide. You need to research a bit and read reviews about the providers before you choose one. There are reviews named like 5 best VPN for androids. Should read that first.
