My tablet had just done a factory reset for the fourth time since I got it 3 months ago (don't worry it's going back!!) However I want to check if there are any files left on it (doubtful) but it keeps coming up with error message 'please sign in using one if the owners account for this device's There are 2 0possibke accounts which I have tried numerous times and reset the password. The accounts are definitely correct and passwords are correct. I know there is a security feature that locks you out for 3 days however it has been nearly a week now but no joy still can't get it.
Can anybody help me please?
