Samsung Galaxy S — What are these unused files?

Good evening you clever bunch....airhead Annie here...I was using smart manager and went to storage and delete unused files..when I clicked on documentsI saw this strange list of gobbledygook ending in .text..how can I find out what these are please and can I view them? I get a prompt asking if I want to replace existing in download and underneath it says replace or create new file...I have no idea what this means and am scared its one of the "naughty sites" I have looked at or one of my more risque photographs...last thing I want is to post private pics everywhere lol!!!! Beg you for advice pleeeaaassseee xxxxc
