Hi I am trying transfer my pictures, videos etc over to my laptop, I've clicked on import pictures and videos and it keeps coming up with no new pictures and videos were found on this device.
There is lots of videos and pictures I need to transfer over as I have now run out of storage on my phone and cannot download any apps or do anything on my phone.
Please help thank you.
