I use gallery app on smartphone s 7. If I want to send a photo by '' share '' i still see old mailadresses which i dont use. people of these mailadresses dont exist at '' Contacts ''. So how can I remove those mailadresses?

Try to perform "Clear cache" of your email app.
Settings - App Manager - All - Email - Clear cache.

Are your steps some like below?
Gallery - some photo - Share - Email,
Then some old mail addresses automatically appeared in field 'To' of your email app.
On my phone, only when I start to key in an address, a listbox of corresponding old addresses will show automatically for me to select quickly.
