Upgrade

I have an HTC Wildfire A3333. My service is USA, ATT.
I would like to upgrade operating system. I like the phone and want to continue using it.

Are there companies out there that will do up grades for a fee. I don't trust myself to attempt it since it will need rooting probably. I want to go to Gingerbread system.

Why not to try the standard upgrading OTA steps? (smug)

Settings - About device - Software updates - Update now

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

Did that, just replied that my system is up to date. I want to install 2.3 Gingerbread, the update procedure on it will not do it.
