Hello friends!
What tool do you think is the best for creating Android games: LibGDX or Unity3D?
I prefer to use LibGDX, but there are many people talking I should use Unity3D.
My point is that Unity for AAA desktop games, when size doesn't matter. But when we want to develop small game (especially 2d) for mobile: in this case Unity is overkill.
Empty "hello world" app made with Unity: 8Mb. From my point of view it's too much.
Yes, I'm not a professional LibGDX user, but I think you can create hi-quality game using LibGDX, first of all it depends on graphics you paint for sprites. And even if you install Unity its not guaranteed that you'll create cool game.
PS. Unity might be OK for 3d (desktop) games.
