Cannot send pics in Messenger

I use Messenger with WiFi to my sister and a friend and could send pics, vids and smilies to both.
A couple weeks ago started getting notice (see attach) when sending to friend.
Messages to my sister remained unaffected - I can still send pic, vid and smilies - no problem.

You should update you messenger app hope the issue will resolve.
