Defining a provider in manifest file

Hi there,
I am new to Android development and I follow the tutorial for taking and saving a picture on developer.android.com.
After adding the following Provider tag to the Application tag in the AndroidManifest.xml file I am getting error when I rebuid the app...

Also not sure why do I get the red color text for the Application tag properties...

Any help will be appreciated.
