This app doesn't show that I downloaded it, when tapped, it opens Google Maps and shows me traffic information for the nearby highways.
My wife's identical phone doesn't have that app. I like it and would like to add it to my Android tablet, but I don't know where it came from! It's not shown on the Google Play Store. Is this part of Google Now or something else?
