I have had problems with chrome since I installed 7.0 on my Nexus 6p. The pages won't scoll sometimes. It also won't open tabs anymore I can sign in incognito and its works but when I go to my account the same problems persist. I have tried clearing data, taking chrome off then reinstalling chrome but nothing seems to work.

Try below given methods, i hope it will work for you..
Method 1: Check Internet connection
check your device is connect with Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
Method 2: Clear all your cookies & cache
Sometimes on your Chrome browser not load perfectly or slowly loading webpage because of slow internet.
Method 3: Update Chrome browser / Uninstall it & again reinstall
If above two methods not work perfectly then update your Chrome app, if latest update version already installed then remove chrome app and install again in android device.
Method 4: Restart your android phone or PC
This is simple and basic solution of most of Google Chrome error or other error code. Just restart your android device or PC and loading the webpage again.
