WhatsApp calling receiver speaker not working

Hello, I've encountered an odd issue with WhatsApp voice calling. Where when a call is answered and proximity sensor is activated (putting it to your ear) the receiver speaker womt work, but placing it on speaker the sound fine. Please if anyone has Solution. Other than es file explorer.

If you are in a middle of a WhatsApp call and suddenly, your audio stopped working, check if you have a good internet connection. Otherwise, you can reset the network settings to fix WhatsApp voice or video call no sound issues.
