Samsung Galaxy S5 Active — Galaxy S5 Active will not fully charge

Wondering why my S5 will not fully charge. It only goes to 62%. Started doing this 2 days ago. Phone is under 18 months old, do I need a new battery or is it something else? Any one have this problem.

Try to charge your device after switch off and check the battery status. I think if it fully charged then it may be the problem of your OS. Otherwise you need to change your battery.
