How to open and read information from installed app.

Hi,

In my samsung note 3, I installed a dictionary which I have used for quite a long time. It has a tremendous history of words that I do not want to lose. Is there any possible way to open and read the installed contents of dictionary and save all the history on my PC?
It will ve of great help since I also want to transfer this collection to some people. The files have extentios like .ifo, .dz, .idx..
