In-app purchases not working? (Lucky Patcher and Fredom)

Hi. I recently tried to root my Galaxy S5 (and I think I succeeded?); when I installed Freedom I launched a game though it, but when I tried to buy some in-game gems it showed the free card thing and said "payment succesful", but the gems I tried to buy didn't show in the game.
SO I downloaded and installed Lucky Patcher, patched android and the game I was trying to hack, launched it, and when I tried to buy the gems Lucky Patcher asked me if I wanted to get those gems for free [yes] or [no]. But when choosing [yes], the Lucky Patcher window closes and I return to the game. Still no gems though.
So, what am I missing? Is there something I'm not doing or maybe doing wrong? Please enlighten me xD
