Play store won't download, and acts wierd.

There is no LG G5 forum, and this is likely not an issue specific to my device, so I didn't know where else to post this (and I got fed up look through the menus).

Whenever I try to download an update over my network connection it starts to go up to maybe a few hundred kb/s, then after about 1 or 2 seconds it crashes down to 0 kb/s and stays there. It used to go up, then crash, then go up, then crash... etc.. This is something new and makes no sense.

Also, this may not be related, but I updated and scanned with kaspersky on feb 25, and for some reason the records showed the 22nd as the last date of scanning.
