Glass fish server not working in eclipse neon

I had connected the glass fish server with eclipse neon and it worked but after sometime it just stop working and now it is giving error that it can not find the bootstrap file in domain folder, I have searched this error online, and it says that it might not able to find the folder domain (domain for server) and I need to create the domain with the same name for the server but when I check in the server the domain actually exist. Just not able to understand. I am trying to create a webservice for and app.
