In my Samsung J5 prime I can't move some apps like WhatsApp FB , to my SD card any suggestions

Moving an app like FB and whatsapp to the SD card will make it much less performant on any device . There is also the difficulty of supporting that feature. To get the maximum performance you have keep the said apps in internal memory. Whatsapp doesn't work properly in sd cards.
If you wan't to move the apps then root your phone.
