I have a Blackview BV6000 with no sound. 6 months old. Everything else works but cannot hear sound except very very low when speaker pressed against ear. Any ideas? Also the company says Tomtop is the seller and must honour guarantee. Tomtop is playing the runaround game and do not help. Any ideas on the sound problem please? I have tried various sound booster apps that do not work in this case. Also any ideas how to get action from Blackview or Tomtop? Thanks in advance.
