Samsung Galaxy S5 — What is this strange stuff under VPN?

I was wondering if anyone knows what this is? I didn't setup any VPN connections but this shows up as constant logging. It seems like everything that is going on in the phone appears in this log.

Thanks. I was hoping that is what it was and not some virus that was recording my activity.
