Hi all,
I have a somewhat strange question regarding a somewhat strange app I would like to make.
I am an absolute beginner when it comes to Android app development. However, I have a lot of perseverance and I am somewhat familiar with Python and R.
So the question is: On a scale from 1 to 10 difficult would it be to create an app that can do the following:
I need a sort of anti-navigation app: it needs to cover ALL streets in a given polygon (e.g. a set of GPS coordinates) in the most efficient way. So basically I need the longest possible route instead of the shortest/fastest. I also need an option to skip a street while driving (there might be construction etc.) in that case it needs to recalculate the best route for covering the remaining streets.
It doesn't need to look fancy (e.g. 3D) just has to be functional.
Do you reckon you need senior developing skills for this, or with a lot of perseverance a beginner could potentially pull this off as well?
Thank you in advance!
