Cannot open Ebay and Roku app

Hi i tried opening roku app and Ebay on Android its not opening i tried 844.757.8828 number as recommended by my friend but not sure if it is Roku customer Service number or Ebay customer Service Number i have samsung S7 Phone when i open i am getting blank screen i restarted my phone it didnot worked for me so i am stuck can anyone help me?

There were some Latest updates to the TWC Mobile app for Roku. Usually, deleting the app and again reinstalling it will defineltly resolve update issues. The Roku may need to be started again through the Roku setting .
