I like to walk & hear music , so every time I go out of home - in order to avoid the annoying wifi detection sound that stops the music and plays a silly tone - I have to turn off the Wifi.
Alcatel support suggested me to go to Settings > WIFI > Wifi settings > advanced > uncheck the Wifi notification option.
I think that they don´t know very well the product the company sells , as there is not the "advanced" option on this poor version of Android installed on my device.
The question is : has the manufacturer removed resources (I suspect that´s the case) from kitkat or simply it does not have the mentioned menu to cancel the useless wifi notification ?

It seems that there is not any Wifi notification sound in my Android 7.0 Nougat at all.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.
