fundamental question

Ok my husband does a little bit of dabbling in programming / source code secretly of course and now I'm finding all sorts of code and programs on my mobile device on my laptop that looks to be tracking code and blocking me from things like my own email or my own Facebook page and changing/redirecting me on my web browser he hascode in all of ourgoogle browsers and firefox. Thei only reason I discovered it is because I was playing around with some of the Chrome developer options one day and stumbled across all of this stuff that was magically explaining all the problems I've been having online. it's about to drive me crazy and before I started looking into this because of what I've seen I knew nothing about it so my knowledge is very very basic so is my question... How do I delete these codes because he says he's not doing it I'm not confronting him anymore I just want it gone
