Hello,
I downloaded a music file from my laptop pc to my moto g4 phone using Microsoft Windows Media in Windows 7. The file shows on my phone in internal storage, but when I tap to play a selection, I get "can't open file" message. I have tried usb debug. My phone is not always online so I'm trying to do this without connection to wifi. Thanks.
