Hello All,
I'm new to Android programming and currently referring a book to learn Android Dev for Beginners. Upon trying the basic examples given there the UI that I see in Android Studio is very different from the one I get when the app is installed in my phone. Why is this ?
Since I use an AMD processor I'm unable to run my apps using AVD, hence I have to install all the apps in my phone. The book mentions the XML layout as Relative Layout and my android studio shows ConstraintLayout for new projects, is this one of the reasons for the UI showing up differently. Please advise.
